3D Print Support in Initial Development

Since the early stages of DAVinCI Flight our team has been working on ways to include widespread support of 3D printable designs. Now after much effort we have started testing the capability to produce flyable, 3D printed gliders, and planes. If all goes well this capability for gliders will be included with the first commercial release of DAVinCI Flight scheduled for later this year. DAVinCI Flight has been designed to produce models that will work for most printer hardware. As we get closer to release will be putting up several of case studies and instructions for exporting and assembling designs, as well as offering kits materials in or store. In later 2015 we anticipate rolling out upgrades that will include additional support for new vehicle types, new kit components, and providing print services to those users without access to a 3D printer.
